About our Butter, Cheese and us.


	The Belgium Company started it's activity back in 1976 as a family business making authentic Belgian waffles and potato crocquettes. It was more than 5 years later a drastic change took place, when a little duck was created in a potato crocquette for the Peabody in Orlando. That became a huge success. Than other shapes came along: a fish, a shell etc.. Not long after some butter was put in the molds and that that was it. A succesfull business was created. It is now more than 20 years The Belgium Co., Inc. has supplied more than 2000 customers all over the US, Hawaii and the caribbean. Still today all the molds are handmade by Nino Mazzaro, owner of the company. In the third quarter of 2001 we started production at our new factory in St Cloud, FL. The new factory gives our workers a more comfortable working environment. The machinery is designed by Nino Mazzaro, based on the experience of the past 20 years.
